About Leslie Cohen

Leslie Cohen holds an M.A. and B.A. in Cultural Anthropology, and has taught English for 35 years, primarily at the college level. A published writer, Leslie has also translated and edited work for Traditional Chinese Medical practitioners and psychiatrists, who have collaborated in treating various illnesses, during her years of research in the area of TCM.

Leslie has translated and edited articles on Traditional Chinese Medicine, psychology, psychiatry, and social work, and has done research into depression and suicide. Her biography of Eli Cohen on this topic, The Wafer Tree, is currently in press.
Leslie’s biography of a Holocaust survivor, Trapped Inside the Story, was published by Level 4 Press (U.S.A.) in 2007.
