Hypnobabies Time Commitment

Moms considering this program also must be committed. It takes time to listen to the tracks in order to change the negative thought patterns of the mind.  It is important to listen to the tracks on a regular basis before labor begins, as well – listening to the entire program while you’re in a long early labor won’t be of much help to you. If you’re not going to be consistent in listening to the tracks on a regular basis, you are not going to have success using the program.

Want a Natural Birth – But Scared of the Pain? Hypnotic Relaxation May Help

This program may be for you if you desire a natural birth without the use of pain medications and feel as though you can be committed in listening to the tracks on a regular basis. If you have an overwhelming fear of childbirth, or have a past of sexual abuse, I strongly urge you to examine this program.

Self-hypnosis may also be helpful for those who feel as though they have been labeled with a very low pain tolerance, but yet would still really like to have a natural birth. Hypnobabies also can be a great program for any mom feeling as though they want to give hypnosis a try in order to have an enjoyable birthing experience.

Comments

  1. I have a high pain tolerance and had both of my children without the use of pain medication, but I have to admit I could have/would have used some help if hypnosis was available at that time!
